BUSINESS SITUATION OF THE COMPANY MARCH 2024

In March 2024, the Company stopped exploiting rubber latex due to deciduous trees in the garden. In the first quarter, the Company exploited 297.35 tons, reaching 9.29% of the provisional yearly plan (3,200 tons). During the month, the Company could not purchase output because the rubber gardens outside were not exploited. In the first quarter, the Company purchased 30.39 tons.

The company delivered and sold in the month: 282.24 tons, revenue of 11.48 billion VND. In the first quarter, the Company sold 718.62 tons, revenue: 27.62 billion VND.

The Company is preparing the first quarter financial report and will announce the information on time.

The company has announced the extension of the time to hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders before June 30, 2024.
