About closing the list of shareholders who will attend shareholders’ meeting and get dividend of 2007

1. The deal day when shareholders haven’t been given the own right yet: 01,23rd,2008
2. The last day of registering: 01 25th 2008.
3. The day of holding annual shareholders’ meeting: 01,26 th,2008
4. Content of Meeting: To pass financial report, plan of allocating profit of 2007 and project of production and business. To adjust regulation and pass regulation of management of our company.
5. Place of holding shareholder meeting: Head office of Horuco – Hoa Binh commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province
6. Rate of dividend: 30%(VND3.000/a share)
